**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers for raw materials, tools, and other company needs.
- Support the purchasing team in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Help maintain and update supplier databases and purchasing records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts departments to ensure smooth delivery and invoice processing.
- Monitor stock levels and help plan restocking schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support in documentation filing.

**ACADEMIC / SKILL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with office software tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:

- English and Malay (written and spoken)
- Basic proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (for dealing with specific suppliers)
