**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To do Production Scheduling

To create and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.

To consider production capacities, lead times, and resource availability.

To optimize the allocation of resources, such as manpower, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.

To ensure that schedules are realistic and achievable within the given constraints.

Inventory Management

To keep a close eye on raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels.

To implement systems to prevent shortages and excess stock.

To develop strategies to minimize waste, especially with perishable ingredients.

To coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and efficient use of materials.

To collaboration and Communication

To collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands, expectations, and special requirements.

To align production schedules with customer needs and market demands.

To communicate production schedules and any changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.

To maintain open lines of communication with production teams, procurement, and management.

To do Capacity Planning

To regularly analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

To utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

To recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production planning and overall operational effectiveness.

To foster a culture of continuous improvement among the production teams.

**REQUIREMENT**:
Minimum Diploma in related field

At least 2-3 years working experience as Production Planner in the Food Manufacturing Environment.

Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or bakery industry.

Familiarity with bakery production processes and understanding of the challenges associated with perishable goods.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and procurement.

Having knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards is crucial for maintaining food safety
