Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide operational and administrative support for delivery and movement of heavy machinery.
- Liaise with government agencies (DOSH, PUSPAKOM, JPJ, etc.) to arrange inspections and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate crane handover procedures including checklists, warranty documents, and manuals.
- Record delivery dates and update internal system for warranty tracking.
- Manage accurate data entry for inventory, delivery, and service schedules.
- Process documents in accounting system such as invoices, quotations, petty cash claims, and inspection reports.
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Arrange courier services for documents, spare parts, and handover materials.
- Monitor and report delivery/inspection progress to operations and management.
- Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **SPM / Diploma** 2 years of experience in administration (preferably from logistics, shipping, or used car dealer industry).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, accounting system).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,350.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
