**About the role - you will**:

- Effectively plan, interpret, and execute production schedules to ensure timely completion and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory systems and tools to maintain accuracy, optimize resource utilization, and support lean manufacturing objectives
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of approximately 20 operators, overseeing all aspects of performance, including:

- Fostering a culture of trust, growth, and accountability through coaching and development
- Managing team scheduling, task assignments, time management, and attendance
- Coordinating training programs to ensure timely skill development and job readiness
- Administering performance management, including progressive discipline, in alignment with company policies
- Maintaining an optimal balance of quality, productivity, safety, cost, and morale
- Track, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and production metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure audit readiness and strict adherence to both internal and external compliance requirements
- Support a safe, efficient, and engaged work environment, while undertaking additional responsibilities as required

**About you**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results through effective team supervision and coaching
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on team-building and collaboration
- Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of interpreting production data and translating insights into actionable plans
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards
- Able to multitask and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts in a manufacturing setting
- Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience

**Your experience includes**:

- Proficient in production planning, with a strong understanding of scheduling requirements, ensuring strict compliance and seamless workflow execution
- Demonstrated expertise in people management and team leadership within production or operations environments, promoting high performance and accountability
- Hands-on supervisory experience in high-precision, fast-paced industries, including:

- Memory Disk Manufacturing
- Semiconductor Production
- Chemical Blending and Process Facilities
- Automation Systems
- Electronic Component Manufacturing
