**Responsibilities**: - Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed. - Offer administrative assistance to the sales team. - Follow up with customers on sales-related matters. - Process sales orders and coordinate with clients on payment follow-ups. - Coordinate and monitor client orders to ensure smooth processing. - Prepare shipping documents for international deliveries and Delivery Orders (DO) for local shipments; update customers with shipment details. - Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned. **Requirements**: - Minimum qualification: SPM/"O" Level, STPM/Pre-U/College, or equivalent. - Open to fresh graduates; experience is not required. - Training will be provided. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Fluent in English and Mandarin (must be able to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking clients). - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well. - Willing to learn and grow with the team. - Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
