**Scope of Responsibilies**

1. Support the Manager in administrative and operational tasks for PSSB’s CONNECTme sales and operation matters including handling and preparing documentation and reports, planning and scheduling of service delivery.

2. Support the Manager in product development and service enhancement to increase CONNECTme service portfolio and monetize CONNECTme NOW network platform to improve ARPU

**Representative Activities**
- 1. Administration & Operational Tasks_
- Support end-to-end service registration, credit check, customer onboarding and service provisioning, billing and post-sales support.
- Responsible for sales reporting, updating of customer database, quota & site performance analysis, user demand/bandwidth availability analysis and revenue/bandwidth optimization.
- Assist in resolving billing/invoice issue and payment collection for all CONNECTme customers.
- Assist in maintaining CMe equipment stock record, stock ordering from vendor and stock replenishment for contractors.
- Assist in responding to customer queries/complaints though various contact channels (Calls/FB/WA/MCMC etc).
- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibition/seminar/roadshow.

2_. CONNECTme Service and Product Development_
- Work cohesively with BD, NEO and other depts to provide feedback and review on new product/services development, value-added services, product enhancement, product demonstration and proof-of-concept activities.
- Enhance CONNECTme NOW service portfolio and integration with other services such as IoT, M2M, L-VOD, Surveillance, Cloud, LEO-based Internet, etc for various vertical markets.
- Co-develop operation support system for CMe NOW service to simplify sales & distribution, service provisioning, data accounting, inventory management and agent/users support.
- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibition/seminar/roadshow.
- Conduct sales and product training to resellers/distributors.
- Analyze marketing trends for VSAT locally & globally and related products and services.
- Develop tools and operating guidelines to help educating and training agents/end users.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering or any other related qualification.
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimums 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry. Exposure in satellite broadband business is an added advantage.
- Experience in satellite broadband business, wireless networking & IoT system.
- Willing to learn, work independently and proactively in meeting timelines
- Interpersonal skills in communication, customer service, IP networking and problem-solving are essential
- Must possess own car and are willing to travel locally as well as East Malaysia
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
