**Responsibilities/ Tanggungjawab**:

- To assist in daily admin operations like invoicing and billing (Membantu dalam operasi pentadbiran harian kedai seperti penyediaan invois dan billing)
- To perform data entry tasks (membantu kemasukkan data)
- To assist in preparing Quotation, Delivery Orders, Statement of Account etc. (membantu dalam operasi admin termasuk menyediakan quotation, DO, Statement of Account dan lain lain)
- To assist the team in inventory checking upon arrival of goods to the store. (membantu rakan kerja dalam rekod dan pengiraan barangan apabila stok baru sampai ke kedai)
- To assist in keying Purchase Order, Goods Received and Reconciliation of Bank Statement (membantu dalam memasukkan Pesanan Belian, Barangan Diterima dan Penyelarasan Penyata Bank)
- To assist in Account Receivable (AR) part of the department (membantu dalam bahagian Akaun Penghutang dalam akaun department)

**Requirements/ Syarat**:

- Good manners, punctual and individual with high integrity (Individu yand berakhlak, menetapi masa dan jujur)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to join us (Tidak perlu pengalaman, graduan baru digalakkan memohon)
- Knowledge in SQL Accounting System is an added advantage (pengalaman mengendali SQL Accounting System diberi keutamaan)
