Online Sales Advisor

**Agoh Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd** is a mobile phone business company. We are building up a brand called **SWAPPER** in the market, selling and buying smartphones with attractive price. Swapper is a Malaysia Government Certified Franchisor and we already have 10 franchise retail shops in KL and Selangor. We are fast growing company with so far 200 employees, and the number is still growing.

The **Online Sales Team** is responsible for leveraging various online platforms to drive sales, with a primary focus on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Carousell. However, their scope extends beyond these platforms to encompass social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, where they will utilize promotion strategies to maximize exposure and drive online sales conversions.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about online sales and proficient in converting leads into sales:
1. Experience with online sales platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Carousell:

- Proficient in creating and managing product listings on Facebook Marketplace and Carousell.
- Knowledgeable about the features and tools of these platforms to optimize listings for better visibility and engagement.

2. Ability to post product listings and respond to customer queries promptly:

- Skilled in creating engaging product descriptions and eye-catching visuals for listings.
- Prompt and professional in responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and addressing any concerns or objections.

3. Proven track record in converting online leads into in-store sales:

- Demonstrated ability to turn online leads and inquiries into actual store visits and purchases.
- Experience in using persuasive communication techniques to guide customers through the sales process and encourage them to visit the store.

4. Familiarity with other online tools for maximizing online exposure:

- Capable of utilizing these tools to increase the company's online visibility, attract more customers, and drive sales.

5. Proficiency in personal branding on social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram:

- Skilled in creating and maintaining a strong personal brand on social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content, build a loyal following, and effectively promote products and services.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions for improving online presence and engagement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- No experience is required, training will be provided.
- Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.
- Available working location: Pertama Complex, KL.

**Job Benefits**:

- Salary: Attractive Basic + Commssion Package + Profit Sharing.
- 6 working days a week, willing to work shifts, 9am to 4pm or 3pm to 10pm.
- On Job Training will be provided
