Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising and coordinating outbound order fulfilment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Support the scheduling, staffing, and workflow management of outbound operations to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Assist in ensuring accuracy and completeness of outbound orders by verifying items, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Coordinate with transportation carriers and logistics partners to schedule and prioritize outbound shipments.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of outbound orders, inventory levels, and shipping documentation using inventory management software.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory control, customer service, and purchasing, to address order fulfillment issues and optimize processes.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to outbound operations.
- Participate in regular inspections of the warehouse facility to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outbound processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of experience in outbound order fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of outbound order processing, shipping procedures, and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and inventory management software.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
