**Responsibilities**:

- Event Planning and Coordination:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budgets.
- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, event set-up, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and catering.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication.
- Project Management:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review project status and address any issues or challenges.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- On-Site Event Management:

- Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements are in place and executed according to plan.
- Coordinate event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders during events.
- Handle any last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances during events.
- Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare event reports, including attendance figures, budget analysis, and key learnings.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
