**Vetting and Performance**:

- Monitor Rightship performance of offices and fleet, ensuring compliance.
- Address major issues like rejections, technical holds, and reviews with relevant teams.
- Develop initiatives to boost Rightship ratings and DOC scores.

**Management System Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement improvements to SMS and DBMS to enhance standards.
- Collaborate with Marine Managers to analyze and address Rightship observations.
- Conduct annual DBMS reviews with Marine Managers to drive best practices.

**External Relationships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external vetting bodies on behalf of company.

**Incident Response and Participation**:

- Participate in incident investigations as assigned.
- Contribute to DC Committee reviews and projects assigned by Manager.
- Assist with tasks and report preparation.

**Training**:

- Participate in training new Marine Managers and Superintendents.

**Requirements**:

- Maritime qualifications (preferably Senior Officer level) with seagoing experience.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Environmental awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
