2. To be accountable and efficiently handle daily activities to a satisfactory completion of task.

3. Oversight of day-to-day operations, and to arrange trucking for collection/deliveries of consignment to estates.

4. Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

5. Maintain shipment paperwork and records - keep tabs on all the specifics related to what is coming in or going out of the company.

6. Receive incoming shipments - Inspection, verify correctness, and input information into inventory records.

7. Deal with Vendors - Maintain proper records of the in and out transactions.

8. To ensure and to monitor all relevant documents and attachments arrangement to customers or to billing personnel.

9. To monitor promptly deliveries/pick up to customers and ensure objectives are met and adhere to customer SOP.

10. Invoicing and keep every payment or billing record up-to-date.

11. Report - communicate with departmental leaders or CEO about daily activities.

12. To carry out operation's continuous improvement activities.

13. To communicate and coordinate effectively with team in solving any issues internally and externally.

14. Maintain customer relationships and retain consumer satisfaction.

15. To assist and support the department when is needed.

17. To perform any other related duties/ assignment from the management.

**Job Requirement/Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an operations
- Strong understanding of operational procedures and efficiency strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good positive attitude, Punctual, Discipline, Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure

**Additional Information**:

- Vacancy open for MALE ONLY
- Able to start immediately
- Location : Alam Jaya / Puncak Alam, Selangor
- Working Hours : 9am -6pm (Monday-Friday)

Salary : RM 2,000.00 to RM2,200.00 /month
