Responsible for the building maintenance
- Able to perform minor repairs to common household including pumping, air-conditioner, lighting, roofing, cementing, plastering of cracked walls and etc.
- Understanding of handling building electronics and electrical system
- Keep maintenance logs and update maintenance reports daily
- Perform maintenance check routine for the building
- To execute all maintenance-related tasks in a development including but not limited to planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs.
- Troubleshoot any electrical or mechanical faults in building.
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing minor equipment and structural damage i.e, window, door or wall repair.
- Performing maintenance on equipment and machinery to support production and achieve desired results.
- Provide support to immediate Superior in ad hoc duties
- Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Job Requirement**
- Good discipline and working attitude
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to work on weekends when necessary
- Experiences in relevant field will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in English & Malay

Additional Benefits: EPF + SOCSO + Medical Allowances + Company Activities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
