**Responsibilities and Duties of a Sales Interior Designer**
- Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with LivSpace leads convert to successful and happy customers.
- Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-Drawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
- Based out of one of our Experience Centers, you will be required to attend customer walk-ins.
- Sell Livspace Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to
- Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
- Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- You have a minimum of one year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
- Atleast SPM and above educational qualification for malaysian applicants
- You have handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Preferred:

- Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
- Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
