**Role Overview**:
As an Technical Designer at Godeco Services, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and specifications based on design concepts provided by architects, interior designers, or engineers. This role involves transforming conceptual designs into detailed, production-ready technical plans that meet industry standards and project requirements. The Technical Designer collaborates closely with designers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure that all plans align with the intended design, functional requirements, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Drawing and Documentation**
- Develop precise and detailed technical drawings, specifications, and layouts using CAD and other design software.
- Create and update shop drawings, construction documents, and blueprints for project implementation.
- Prepare documentation, including detailed product specifications, materials, and finishes, to support project execution.

**Quality Control and Standards Compliance**
- Ensure all technical drawings meet industry and regulatory standards, as well as company quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to prevent errors, omissions, and inconsistencies, which could impact production or construction timelines.

**Project Collaboration**
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and production teams to understand project goals, specifications, and timelines.
- Attend project meetings to discuss design requirements, changes, and technical feasibility, providing input as necessary.
- Communicate design changes and updates clearly to all stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly.

**Technical Support and Problem Solving**
- Provide technical support during project implementation, addressing any questions or issues related to drawings or specifications.
- Collaborate on-site or remotely to ensure designs are executed accurately and provide assistance with technical details as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical drawing, drafting, or a similar role, preferably in construction, architecture, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with materials, construction processes, and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
