We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Data Analyst** to join our growing team in the dynamic world of online trading. You’ll play a crucial role in turning large and complex datasets into meaningful insights that directly impact our business strategy, trading performance, and customer experience.

You’ll be working closely with product, trading, and operations teams to develop scalable data pipelines, build intuitive dashboards, and support decision-making through advanced analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets, particularly those related to forex trading, client behavior, and market trends.
- Build and automate data processing workflows using **Python** (Pandas, NumPy).
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using **Dash Plotly**, **Django**, or similar frameworks to monitor key metrics such as slippage, latency, and P&L.
- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and reporting processes using **AWS** services and Amazon's internal ETL tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analysis functions.
- Work with **Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun)** services and data tools as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs, uncover insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Perform exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured data (e.g., tick data, user logs) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support the Dealing team with data reporting and process automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mathematics**, **Computer Science**, **Data Science**, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret ambiguous trading behaviors using data.
- Proficient in **MySQL** and **Python** (especially Pandas).
- Experience with **Dash Plotly**, **Django**, or other data visualization libraries/frameworks.
- Basic understanding of **AWS** cloud services and scalable data infrastructure
- Familiarity with **Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun)** and cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the **CFD, forex, or financial trading** industry.
- Knowledge of trading platforms like **MT4/MT5** and financial instruments.
- Background in a fast-paced **fintech** or **brokerage** environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
