**Job Scope**:

- Present, promote and sell products/services for existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Consolidate order (PR) documentation
- Prepare meeting and quotation for client.
- Managing shipment schedule/ planning ( ensure all document in place)
- Liaise with Shipping Department
- Managing Collection Request/ payment follow up
- Monitor on costing and costing analysis
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through call
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Consistently update top management the status of sales performance and key performance indicator (KPI)
- Manage event in Malaysia and abroad

**Job Requirement**:

- **Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a sales representative**:

- **Prefer experienced in Textile Industry** or any other related industry
- **Fluent in mandarin preferred **as role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- **Available for travel oversea frequently if it's needed**:

- Able to work on weekend.
