JR47569 Intern - ATSM, Site Operations

Title: Enable Solution to anticipate Future Demand/Shipments vs Site Warehouse Space Availability
- Description: This role require analytical skills with predictive analysis and perform understanding on current site warehouse space utilization especially for cold room and strong room and propose tracking and reporting mechanism on risk assessment base on future demand vs future incoming shipment vs warehouse space availability to ensure supply assurance for Micron

Scope:

- Site coverage: MMP, MMY
- Material group: Mold Compound, DAF Tape, Chemicals, Gold Wire, others
- To study and analyze current warehouse space availability to future demand and incoming and provide tracking mechanism with weekly reporting with executive Summary
- Supporting / Stakeholders:

- Site Ops (Ying Han, Amirah), NSM (Aashish, Wen Fang, Hailey, Fonny), Warehouse (MMP & MMY)

Deliverable:

- Connect with warehouse on the weekly space availability and understand with NSM on WOS projection for incoming shipment management.
- Establish a Tracking and Reporting Mechanism on Predictive Modelling & Risk Management
- If incoming over space: To connect with NSM control incoming with rescheduling.
- If demand over space: To connect with Warehouse team on the incremental space requirements.
