Suntai Villa is a 6-room boutique hotel located at Pantai Cermin, Port Dickson. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying at our luxury villa. You will ensure that guests receive personalized and attentive service throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Working hours: 7.30am-4.30pm (1 hour flexible timing lunch break)
**Guest Relations**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, offering a comprehensive introduction to the villa's amenities, services, and features.
- Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and anticipate their needs to create a personalized experience.
- Coordinate and assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
**Concierge Services**:
- Arrange and organize activities, excursions, dining reservations, transportation, and other services as requested by guests.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and experiences tailored to guests' preferences.
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times.
**Villa Housekeeping and Operations**:
- Assist with daily room housekeeping.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the villa, ensuring it meets the highest standards before guest arrival and throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition and address any issues promptly.
**Breakfast Service and Inventory Management**:
- Assist in breakfast service in the morning
- Manage hotel inventory and purchasing from suppliers.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and external service providers.
- Collaborate with the villa management team to enhance guest experiences and resolve any operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback to improve future guest experiences.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
