Bangsar, Malaysia Brighten Debt Management Agency Full time

**What is the 'Job Scope'?**:

- Contact customers with outstanding debts via telephone and other communication tools..
- Discuss & Negotiate arrangements for payments with customers.
- Being assistive to resolve customer dispute on customer accounts or payments.
- Utilizing collection system to maintain communication with customer for updates and future follow up with customer either to discuss further, collecting payment or receiving payment.
- Managing & strategizing accounts assigned with required queries or clarification required to ease payment arrangement process.

- You will not only earn a fixed basic salary but instead will earn additional monthly commissions with daily incentives on successful collections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
