**Position**: Customer Service Executive - Telco Industry

**Location**:Menara Dana 13**,**Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

**Salary**: Basic Salary RM2000 + Allowances (Gross Salary RM3000)

**Working Days**: 5 days’ work, 2 days' off

**Working Hours**: 24 x 7 rotational shift (9 working hours)

**Benefits**:

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
- Agents are required to contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
