**SUMMARY**

The responsibility of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives. The role involves leveraging digital channels for product and service promotion, a complex process with significant potential.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

You will play an important role in:

- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and deliver best practices.
- Work closely with the internal team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are executed effectively, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Entering & compiling data, maintaining & segmenting data and turns data into critical information and knowledge to support decision making, utilize analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor progress, identify issues and risks, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Reviewing customer’s feedback, conduct market research & analysis to ensure we remain in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant and active at the market.
- To assist & attend the internal customer enquiry (online & offline) by familiarizing with company products & services.
- Coordinating & attending the company activities which related to business & customer development purpose including but not limited to client visit, meeting & seminar, exhibits, trade, and conferences. (Annual Archidex Exhibition is Compulsory)
- Maintain in professional appearance and maintain the confidentiality of company data & documentation.
- To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENT**

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, and multi-task.
- Good interpersonal skill and with proven ability in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Proficiency in digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in campaign execution and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
