Syarikat SWM Environment Sdn Bhd merupakan syarikat yang menyediakan perkhidmatan pengurusan sisa dan pembersihan awam bersepadu di wilayah selatan Semenanjung Malaysia yang ditubuhkan selaras dengan Penswastaan Nasional Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal. SWM Environment kini menjadi salah satu syarikat konsesi terbesar di Malaysia yang menyediakan operasi bersepadu untuk pengumpulan sisa, pembersihan awam dan kitar semula. Dengan kekuatan lebih 8,000 kakitangan, mengurus lebih 1,600 kenderaan pengumpulan dan mengendalikan 27 bengkal serta depoh.
**SYARAT DAN KELAYAKAN**
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Bermotivasi, berdikari dan bertanggungjawab
- Sanggup dan cepat belajar benda yang baharu
- Tahu menggunakan computer dengan baik
- Fresh graduate atau STPM / Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang
**Keterangan Tugas**
- Menjadi penyambut tetamu syarikat
- Menerima panggilan dan menyambungkan talian panggilan kepada sambungan yang betul
- Menerima, merekod dan menyalurkan setiap aduan awam /NTC yang diterima di Pejabat Korparat Seremban kepada unit CRM untuk tindakan pembetulan
- Penerimaan dan penyerahan surat menyurat / dokumen /akhbar yang diserahkan oleh pihak berkenaan
- Merekod serta membuat laporan penerimaan akhbar pada setiap bulan
- Merekod semua surat-menyurat serta dokumen kurier yang diterima dan seterusnya menyerahkan kepada jabatan berkaitan
- Menguruskan, menyediakan, merekod serta melakukan proses yang berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan dan penerimaan dokumen kurier
- Menyemak bil telefon serta membuat laporan mengenainya
- Membuat ‘tracking’- mengesan lokasi pekerja berdasarkan nombor telefon
- Melaporkan segala masalah yang berkaitan tugas harian kepada ketua jabatan
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan / Eksekutif Pentadbiran / Pegawai Atasan dari semasa ke semasa
