**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in updating daily and weekly production schedules using Excel
- Track job status using MES and report progress to the planner
- Help prepare job travelers and print production documents
- Follow up with QC and production on job status as instructed
- Prepare and file work orders, delivery notes and internal documents
- Input data into Excel, MES and AutoCount systems accurately
- Maintain document control and record-keeping (digital/physical files)
- Support in compiling reports such as delivery tracking and OTD logs
- Assist in confirming material availability with store or purchasing
- Help schedule delivery updates and communicate changes to relevant deaprtments

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- SPM/Diploma in Business Admin, Office Support, or related field
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production flow is helpful
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
- Willing to learn MES and AutoCount system, familiarity in these is a plus
- Organized, punctual and able to follow instructions closely
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Contribution to smooth daily planning operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
