Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Indoor Sales Associate to join our team in Shah Alam. As an Indoor Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of used and fabricated shipping containers. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer orders, and ensuring a seamless indoor sales experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and promote our range of used and fabricated shipping containers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Order Processing:

- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating closely with logistics operations.

3. Communication:

- Keep customers informed about order status, delivery times, and any relevant updates.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

4. Inventory Management:

- Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure products are available for sale.
- Optimize stock levels for efficient indoor sales operations.

5. Sales Support:

- Assist in sales-related tasks, including preparing quotes, invoices, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in indoor sales or sales coordination.

2. Skills and Abilities:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales and inventory management software.

4. Industry Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the shipping container industry or related fields is advantageous.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
