**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate high-quality **2D/3D motion graphics**, **VFX**, and **dynamic typography**:

- Create **realistic or stylized 3D models**, textures, lighting, and renders using tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or Houdini
- Develop engaging animations for **advertising**, **product demos**, **UI/UX**, and **AR/VR experiences**:

- Handle **video production** from storyboarding and filming to editing and post-production
- Use tools like **After Effects, Premiere Pro, Redshift, Octane, Nuke**, etc.
- Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Plan, film, and edit **corporate videos, value videos, events**, and more
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative perspectives
- Collaborate with audio and design teams to enhance projects with sound, illustration, and effects
- Stay updated with the latest animation tools, trends, and technologies
- Provide on-site support for company events as needed
- Work across different business segments (e.g., exhibitions, galleries, events)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, Multimedia, or related fields
- **3-5+ years** of hands-on experience in motion graphics or post-production
- Proficient in:

- Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition)
- At least one 3D design tool (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya)
- Experience with **AI-generated image/motion tools** is a plus
- Strong **storytelling** and **creative thinking** skills
- Able to edit music and sound design
- Excellent **time management** and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
