**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse management strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operation.
- Document and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and best practices; keep training manuals and related documentation updated and available for warehouse.
- Work closely with various departments, such as procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that enhance warehouse efficiency and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers,
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective services and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment to in cooperate into warehouse management system.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize warehouse and logistics performance.
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget and costing, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Analyse logistics and warehouse expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the warehouse team, encouraging innovation and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional development.
- Analyse warehouse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and present performance reports to top management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize warehouse processes and decision-making.
- Able to travel internationally to support and implement warehouse management system and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

**Experience/ Skills requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, logistics principles, and industry best practices.
- Well verse and experience in warehouse management system is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technologies.
- Knowledge of international logistics and regulations is advantageous.
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
