**Deskripsi kerja**:

- Menguruskan proses penjualan sepenuhnya.
- Melakukan penyelidikan melalui telefon/internet di pasaran tertentu sambil mengenal pasti kelayakan pelanggan.
- Menyelaras dan mengumpulkan data untuk projek dan aktiviti promosi.
- Menyiapkan salinan promosi untuk digunakan dalam iklan projek.
- Memupuk hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan dan memahami perniagaan mereka.
- Posisi berorientasikan pejabat - tiada keperluan perjalanan yang banyak.

**Kriteria yang diperlukan**:

- Diploma / Ijazah dalam bidang berkaitan
- Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun dalam Telesales / Telemarketing adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran penyelidikan dan analitik yang baik.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu.
- Individu yang bermotivasi tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tempoh masa ditetapkan dan menguruskan pelbagai tugas dengan cekap.
- Sanggup bekerja lebih masa dan mencapai sasaran jualan.
- Boleh mendengar arahan dan melaksanakannya sepenuhnya.
- Mampu mengikuti peraturan dan garis panduan syarikat.
