**JD - Service Advisor**
**Job description**
- Perform customer service duties i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointment and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready to pick up, explaining repairs to customers, advice customer on the maintenance packages and estimated price and etc.
- Promote products and services confidently.
- Writing service orders and description of problems and repairs.
- Work closely with Technician to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
- Handling customer’s complaint.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration work.
- Any additional job assigned by superior.
- To execute cross selling of group products especially on petroleum products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Compassionate and patient attitude.
- Customer awareness.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical and engineering.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Full driving license.
**Additional requirement**:
- Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).
- Possess at least 1 year of working experience as Service Advisor in automotive shop.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,250.00 per month
