**Requirements**:

- Achieve at least **Diploma in IT** or a related field.
- **2+ years of Flutter development experience** with real-world project experience.
- Able to communicate in **Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Strong knowledge of the **Flutter framework and its ecosystem**, including **state management solutions** (Provider, Bloc, etc.).
- **Proficiency in the Dart programming language** and understanding of **its best practices**.
- Familiarity with **mobile app development processes** and **platform differences between iOS and Android**.
- Strong **coding standards and documentation skills**.
- Ability to **work independently** and **solve complex problems**.
- **Good communication and teamwork skills** to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Bonus Points**:

- **Experience in publishing apps** to the **App Store and Google Play** is a plus.
- **Knowledge of native development** (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
- **Backend development experience** with knowledge of **RESTful API design** and **microservices architecture**.
- Familiarity with **frontend technologies** (**HTML, CSS, JavaScript**) is a plus.
- **Deep understanding of mobile app performance optimization**.
- **UI/UX design experience** or a strong **interest in design**.

**Responsibilities**
- **Work with designers** to translate **UI/UX designs** into high-quality code.
- **Collaborate with backend developers** to ensure **seamless data integration**.
- **Write maintainable, scalable code** and **conduct code reviews**.
- **Participate in technical discussions, contribute ideas, and suggest improvements**.
