**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To develop new business opportunities, handle sales inquiries involve in outbound sales activities;
- Responsible for the entire spectrum of sales to achieve assigned sales target;
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients;
- Follow up on leads to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate;
- Visiting potential clients and performing software demonstrations;
- Execute client on software setup.

**Direct Report to Managing Director

**Requirements**:

- Possessing **business development/sales experience in Interior Design and Renovation industry** will be added advantage.
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English
- Possess an interest in sales
- Sales were driven and independent in a fast-paced environment
- Possess own transport

**Skill Requirements**:

- Professional and clear communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Education Qualification Requirements**:

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
