**Job Objective**
To support the sales team in daily operations by handling documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales processes to achieve company sales targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments for order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales contracts and agreements.

**Requirements / Education Level**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales administration or customer service (manufacturing background is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
