DESCRIPTION
- Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process.
- Conduct ongoing review of operations and processes to identify potential hazards, risks and control measures that should be implemented to reduce these risks, including all costs involved in implementing such measures.
- Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.
- Safety knowledge / briefing and provide training to workers.
- Responsible in preparing and submit all safety & Health reports to management and relevant authority requires.
- Investigating accidents and implementing preventative measures.
- Maintaining safety records, documentation, and incident reports in accordance with established protocols.
- Working with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and raise safety awareness.
- Report unsafe conditions or acts to the Supervisor, HOD as well as problems with equipment and/or materials.

REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1 / 2 years working experience in manufacturing.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point).
- Organized, detail oriented & enthusiastic.
- Fluent speak and write Bahasa and English (basic).
- Commute in Pasir Gudang.
- Own transport.
