**Responsibilities:

- **
- **Machine Operation & Optimization**: Set up, operate, and optimize PET preform injection molding machines (e.g., Husky, Huayan, Netstal, Sipa). Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and mínimal scrap.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**: Troubleshoot machine and mold issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and support equipment.
- **Collaboration & Improvement**: Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, and energy savings.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including ISO and GMP guidelines.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Train and support machine operators and junior technicians in daily operations and safety practices.

**Requirements:

- **
- Possess at least SPM/Technical Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- Strong mechanical abilities & knowledge
- preferably in the Plastics Industry, with experience in Injection Molding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented
- Able to follow superior instructions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
