WORKSHOP ADMIN CLERK - Update lorry service records and report lorry maintenance schedules to management. - Track lorry inspection date with logistic department to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Update and maintain the SQL database for spare parts and tools (In and Out). - Manage workshop punch card end of the month before giving to HR - Update diesel usage, hardware updates, lorry services, tools or stock status and share updates to the WhatsApp group or send reports directly to the director as required. - Input invoices, delivery orders, receiving orders, used items, and tire records into Excel, and manage invoices, diesel orders, and report to finance for payments. - Accept and follow additional instructions or tasks from the manager and director as needed. QUALIFICATIONS - At least a diploma in Administration or Management, Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM), or an equivalent certification at a similar education level. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply) - Proficient in SQL and basic Microsoft Excel. - Basic knowledge of spare parts and workshop tools is an advantage. - Possess own transportation for work-related tasks. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work independently.
