Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Review and verify sales submissions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and manage QR devices and related documentation.
- Coordinate courier services, including packaging and delivery arrangements.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and generate reports as required.
- Manage office supplies, including pantry items and stationery orders.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Mass communication or other related disciplines.
- A good team player
- Willing to learn attitude
- Work location: Kota Damansara
