About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and other technical documentation.
- Work on IT tenders, including requirements gathering and proposal writing.
- Communicate effectively with developers and technical teams, understanding basic coding concepts.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support IT project planning.
- Support the testing phase by validating system functionality against requirements.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates OR 1-2 years experience

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clear, structured documentation.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.
- Familiarity with coding concepts (no deep programming required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IT project management and business process analysis is a plus.
