Handling and maintaining company’s accounts and ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounting records
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflow and analysis of accounts, monthly bank recon, manage banking transactions and managing assets
- Monthly reconciliation of AP, AR, Accruals, Prepayments
- Assist in preparation of budget and monitor actual against budget
- Prepare monthly payment to suppliers and other statutory payments
- Handling invoicing and purchasing and assist in controlling company expenses

**Qualification**
- Familiar with accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AP, AR, Invoicing & Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
