**Job Title**: Power BI Analyst

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scope Identification & Requirements Gathering**: Work with key stakeholders to identify project scope, define business requirements, and create detailed functional and technical specifications.
- **Proof of Concepts & Design Development**: Develop and support proof of concepts, create accurate estimates, and conceptualize data-driven designs to meet business needs.
- **Implementation Coordination**: Lead the coordination and execution of data solution implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and business alignment.
- **Support & Change Management**: Provide post-implementation support, manage change efforts, and train users to ensure smooth adoption of business intelligence solutions.
- **Data Visualization & Reporting**: Utilize **Power BI** and **Tableau** to create insightful reports and interactive dashboards that provide business value and drive decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence using **Microsoft Power BI** and **Tableau**.
- Hands-on experience in data modeling, visualization, and building dashboards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI**.
- **Advanced proficiency in Tableau**.
- Experience integrating data from various sources and providing detailed insights using BI tools.
- Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and M language is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
