**What you'll be doing**
- Set up, operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly equipment to produce high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies
- Perform solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering and other SMT processes
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes and improve efficiency
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an SMT Technician or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SMT processes, equipment and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Computer literacy, including experience with production/quality control software

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
