**Job Overview / Summary**:
You will be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer experience, managing online marketing campaigns, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales channels. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to increase online visibility, improve customer engagement and retention, and drive revenue growth.

**Key role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across marketplace (e.g., social media,shopee,lazada).
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage website content and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute online marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and insights that can be used to improve online sales and marketing efforts.
- Analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, such as logistics providers and payment gateways, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's online sales efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
