Oversee the full lifecycle of HR processes, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, contract renewal, and employee exits.
- Administer comprehensive HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, payroll, employee benefits, and compensation.
- Execute monthly payroll processing accurately and in a timely, confidential manner.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and regulatory reports including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp.
- Maintain up-to-date employee information, HR databases, and personnel files in a well-organized and systematic format.
- Provide daily HR operational support and general administrative assistance including document preparation, record keeping, and filing.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by management or required for HR-related functions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Required language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Skilled in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management & training
- Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Required to travel outstation occasionally
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & labor law
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
