**Job Title: Social Media Manager cum Content Creator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create captivating content (including images, videos, and copy) for social media posts that reflect our brand's aesthetic and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) with a focus on consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Creative, and PR) to coordinate social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of style.
- Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
