We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive our company's growth and success. As the CEO/COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including strategic planning, operations, financial performance, team leadership, and government relations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future and ensuring our continued success in the ever-evolving automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with industry trends, market dynamics, and government policies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Innovation and Technology: Embrace technological advancements and foster a culture of innovation to drive product development and business transformation.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute strategic M&A opportunities to expand market presence and enhance competitiveness.
- Government Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and industry associations. Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and incentives. Advocate for the company's interests and proactively address potential regulatory challenges.

**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the **automotive industry.**:

- Someone who can manage overall company sales and is capable to build strong rapport with the governance such as JPJ, KASTAM, MIDA, and MARii.
- **Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, challenges, opportunities, and government policies.**:

- Strong business acumen and financial expertise.
- **Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- A strong network of contacts within the government and regulatory agencies.
- Experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and lobbying efforts.

Pay: RM35,000.00 - RM90,000.00 per month
