Asaiatant Production Manager

Assisting the Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
- Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
- Identify and report operational and maintenance prodblems to prevent production delays.
- Suggest process improvement to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Work with rhe production team to implement and enforce company policies and safety standarda.
- Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production operation and status.
- Manage production budgets and maintain cost control while ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Help to train, supervise and motivate employees and manage schedules to meet production goals.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
