Conduct compliance screenings for individuals, entities, and transactions.
- Use screening tools and databases to identify potential risks.
- Review and analyze alerts from compliance systems for relevance.
- Escalate significant findings to the appropriate team.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of screening results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews with required documentation and insights.
- Audit sales and advisory processes for regulatory and policy compliance.
- Review fact-find documentation for accuracy and alignment with standards.
- Identify and document discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
- Prepare reports summarizing audit findings with recommendations.
- Ensure timely completion of reviews while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in developing audit tools, checklists, and methodologies.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and stay updated on regulations.
- Proficiency in bilingual (mainly English and Mandarin) is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
