**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and follow up the material in bound, based on factory forecasted capacity and customer’s demand.
- Inventory Control
- Coordinate with Operations division on any changes in the Capacity Planning and time frame.
- Ensure all direct material delivered as per schedule planned.
- Keep track on the inventory movement (work in progress, raw material and packaging material) on a daily basis.
- Ensure production for all section complying and are completed according to schedule.
- Coordinated processing of excess and obsolete material supply.
- Maintain and update the **Bill of Materials (BOM)** to ensure accuracy and compliance with production needs.
- Shipment management

**Requirement**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in material planning, purchasing, shipment or relevant supply chain experience
- Good communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Independent, self-motivated, team work & aggressive
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Required skill(s): Basic of Computer Knowledge & MS Office.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Must possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
