We're looking for an **AI and Automation Developer** who is driven, hands-on, and solutions-focused to join our Business Application & Consulting team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering end-to-end business solutions to clients using Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks.

You will be expected to lead or support customer projects, develop automation solutions, conduct training, document work, and ensure smooth project delivery — all while continuously growing your technical and consulting capabilities.

**What You'll Do**
- Business Application Development: Design and build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, Azure Services, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Custom Development: Create SharePoint web parts and custom components using SPFx, ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.
- Client-Facing Delivery: Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, conduct user training, and provide post-deployment support.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of project tasks — from analysis and development to documentation and implementation — ensuring adherence to timelines and methodologies.
- Migration Work: Use tools and scripts to support content/data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and progress reports throughout project lifecycles.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in backend or full-stack development, preferably in a consulting or delivery environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SPFx.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure services.
- Understanding of REST APIs and SQL databases.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Confident in presenting, training, and liaising with clients.
- Strong documentation and project coordination abilities.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A team player who is proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about building practical, scalable business solutions.

Location: Bandar Baru Klang, nearby the I-City Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
