Dough Yours is a new bakery café concept under the Fire Pitz Group, located in Taman Pelangi. Designed with a warm and inviting atmosphere, we focus on serving freshly baked pastries, artisanal bread, and crafted beverages. We’re looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team and deliver memorable experiences to every guest.

**Server / Front of House Crew - Job Description**

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly team members who are passionate about hospitality, bakery products, and guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests promptly and warmly; seat them according to rotation.
- Anticipate guest needs; handle requests and recovery with a positive and helpful attitude.
- **Order & Service Flow (Scan-to-Order)**:

- Guide guests to scan and order correctly; verify any notes or allergens.
- Monitor the tablet/KDS and ensure items are delivered completely, on time, and to the correct table.
- **Product Knowledge & Upselling**:

- Understand menu highlights, ingredients, allergens, and pairing suggestions (e.g. pastry with coffee).
- Make one relevant recommendation per table; support monthly promotions and talking points.
- **Table & Dining Area Care**:

- Set, reset, and maintain table standards; clear tables promptly.
- Keep the floor, condiment stations, and cutlery areas clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- **Cashier / Payment (when assigned)**:

- Process bills accurately (split bills, vouchers) with zero variance at cash-up.
- Issue receipts, thank guests sincerely, and manage the queue politely.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Follow food safety and personal hygiene SOPs; separate allergens properly.
- Complete opening/closing and cleaning checklists 100%; keep the station audit-ready.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Communicate clearly with the barista and kitchen team; confirm course timing.
- Support runners and new joiners; escalate issues early to Captain/Supervisor.
- **Bar/Barista Support (Basic)**:

- Prepare water and condiments; serve drinks; learn basic coffee and bar handling as scheduled.
- **Documentation & Handover**:

- Complete shift checklists and incident notes; hand over 86s (sold-out items) and open tables accurately.
- **Conduct & Attendance**:

- Be punctual, well-groomed, and professional; follow roster, grooming, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in café or bakery service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Passion for bakery, pastry, and coffee culture.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 - 10 per week
