**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1 Responsible all sub-contractors, health and safety, labour, plant/vehicles and materials

2 Monitor sub-contractor’s works to achieve targeted progress as per work program

3 Inspect site work, supervise and guide the sub-contractor to ensure achievement of targeted completion date as per work schedule

4 Inspect and supervise all architectural works

5 To check all construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies

6 To assist superior to ensure procuring materials and equipment to plan ahead for weekly and / or monthly uses

7 To arrange for proper unloading and storage of materials

8 To assist Project Manager on the arrangements of all site materials, equipment and labour for daily works

9 To monitor and manage construction activities of appointed sub-contractors at site to ensure completion of works

10 To update site daily records and architectural progress report

11 To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time

12 To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 **General Expectations**:
a) **Knowledge of work**: Have depth of knowledge of work and processes and have courage to learn new things fast. Must be effective in dealing of routine matters and non-routine matters.

b) **Quantity and Quality of work**: Have the ability to maintain high level of output and high standard of work.

c) **Planning and organizing**: Be able to plan work priorities, organization of schedule of activities and simultaneous control of multiple activities.

d) **Initiative**: Have the ability to initiate effective action when required. Knowing the right thing to do and doing the right things without being asked.

e) **Efficiency**: Have the ability to execute assignments within deadlines and the ability to set clear goals and milestones.

f) **Attitude**: Have the attitude and desire to perform and likes to give and accept constructive criticisms.

g) **Effective**: Have the ability to choose the right things to do and get them done.

h) **Leadership and development of subordinates**: Have the ability to train and motivate subordinates and obtain results, delegate, and control their work activities. Involve staff in planning and allow them to make decisions.

i) **Communications and interpersonal skills**: Have the ability to express ideas orally and respects the view of others. Have the ability to relate in an effective manner with colleagues.

j) **Standard of Reports**: Have the ability to produce reports which are timely, accurate and complete.

2 To carry out your duties & responsibilities diligently and honestly.

Working day: Monday - Saturday (6days)

time: 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
